What is a credit?
One credit covers one document — one PDF sent to any number of signers. You're only charged when the last required signer completes.
How is this different from SignWell or Dropbox Sign free?
Those also offer about 3 free sends a month. Our edge for consultants is what happens when you need more in a burst: buy $3.99 or $9.99 once, keep unused purchased credits forever, and pay no monthly seat while you’re quiet.
Do unused free documents roll over?
No. Every account gets 3 free credits on the 1st of each month (UTC). If you don't use them, they don't stack — the free allowance refills to 3 next month.
Do purchased credits expire?
Never. Credits you buy stay until you use them. The monthly free refill never touches them. Free credits are always used first.
What if a signer declines?
Nothing is charged. Credits are only consumed once every required signer has completed. Declined or voided documents don't cost a credit.
