FAQ
When am I charged?
One credit only when every required signer has completed. Drafts, sends in progress, declined, expired, and voided documents do not use a credit.
What is one credit?
One completed envelope (one PDF, any number of signers).
How is this different from SignWell or Dropbox Sign free?
They also offer about 3 free sends a month. If you only ever need two, any free tier works. If you have a busy onboarding month, buy $3.99 or $9.99 once — purchased credits never expire and you pay no seat while you’re quiet.
Do purchased credits expire?
Never. Bought credits stay until you use them. The monthly free refill never touches them. Free credits are always used first.
Do signers need an account?
No. They open a private link and sign.
Is this the same as DocuSign legally?
We capture the audit trail courts expect for ordinary commercial contracts (ESIGN/UETA; eIDAS SES). We do not yet issue eIDAS Advanced or Qualified signatures.
